Buying from Mitas is easy:
- Look at all our products and be inspired by our non-ordinary style.
- If you already know what you are looking for, use the menu in the navigation bar or the search bar to find the product you want right away.
- Once you have found the right product, select the quantities and use the "add to cart" button below. Alternatively, you can use the "express checkout" option to make your purchase faster.
- Check the items in your shopping bag by selecting the "shopping bag" icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Click on "checkout" to proceed, add your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
- If you already have a Mitas account, you can login and checkout faster using the saved shipping and payment details and don't forget the 10% gift on your first order with the RIDEMITAS10 code!
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. As we try to process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help you! You can enter your promotional code at the time of payment.
Enter the code exactly as it appears and apply it to your shopping cart. Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to items on sale unless otherwise specified. Don't forget the 10% gift on your first order with the code RIDEMITAS10!
We accept payments from all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
We usually need 1-2 working days to process your order internally. During holidays and holiday periods, this period can be slightly extended. If you have placed your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will start processing your order the next business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
After the order has been processed internally by our team (allow us 1-2 working days) the shipment will take approximately the following:
- Italy (express): 1 - 2 working days
- Italy (express): 2 - 4 working days
- EU countries (Other EU countries, except Czech Republic and Slovakia): 4 - 6 working days
We work with the best shipping carriers all over Europe to provide the best possible service! Mitas cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays (e.g. strikes, customs procedures, etc.).
To track your package, please refer to the shipment confirmation email for your tracking number. You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the forwarder's website.
If you have not received the confirmation email with your tracking number, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you.
Shipping costs are as following:
- Express Delivery (Italy only): 9.90€
- Standard Delivery (All EU countries, except Czech Republic and Slovakia): 6.90 €
Orders with destination outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties according to local customs regulations.
All orders within the European Union, however, are exempt from customs duties and the only thing you have to pay is the standard shipping cost.
Returning a product couldn't be easier! Try Mitas products and if you need to return them, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return them. You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be your responsibility, while we will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product is within our return policy, and we will try to make the refund as soon as possible.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will send you the replacement part and provide you with all necessary instructions. Please ensure that the items are returned in new, unused condition, with the original labels and inside the package received on delivery.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on ridemitas.com. Please contact our customer service team by sending an email to email@example.com for further questions.
To make your return, follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer service: if you are not fully satisfied with your order and want to make a return, write to support@ ridemitas.com specifying the order number, the items to be returned and the reason for your return. We will do our best to find the best solution not to make you return the product! Our customer service will be happy to help you in the best possible way! Otherwise, if you still want to return after contacting our customer service, please continue to follow the next steps.
2. Return packaging: prepare the packaging with the original box with the product or products you wish to return.
3. Return of products by courier: you will have to take care of the return shipment of the product(s), which will then be at your expense. The choice of the courier to use is absolutely at your discretion, choose the courier that is most convenient for you! The return shipment must be made to:

4. Return confirmation and refund: After receiving your return, we will check if the quality of the product(s) meets our return policies. If so, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible.
The responsibility for the items lies with the customer until their arrival at our warehouse.
At the moment we do not offer free returns yet! But don't forget the 10% gift on your first order with the code RIDEMITAS10! We are always working to improve our level of customer service, so stay up to date with all future news!
We will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on ridemitas.com. You will receive the refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods. The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product(s) you are returning.
Of course, we ship internationally! We ship all over Europe, except Czech Republic and Slovakia . We do not yet offer shipments outside the European Union. And don't forget the 10% gift on your first order with the code RIDEMITAS10!
